With the CROSSMARK HOST Program you can be certain that your Human Resource matters are in good hands. We have a wealth of knowledge within our executive team at the HOST Program, and across the greater CROSSMARK business.
In the HOST Program, our focus is to remain in partnership with our clients throughout the entire employment relationship with the employee. We partner with our clients’ own Human Resource team to offer them end to end management support including:
- Legislative support
- Payroll support
- Performance Management
- Probation reviews and terminations
- HR administration
- Travel and Expense arrangements
- WHS Online Induction and Intranet
- Other strategic services required by the employer/employee relationship
Our Managing Director, Hilary Lamb has been with the business for over 15 years. She was the driving force behind building the CROSSMARK Host Program and still remains hands on today.
