Managing Director, Hilary Lamb
Hilary is our Managing Director, founder and driving force of the CROSSMARK Host Program. Hilary is a seasoned professional and an innovative leader. She has been leading the HR division of CROSSMARK for more than 15 years and began the HOST Program in 2005 in response a Client project which required 25 new employees across Australia/New Zealand, but had headcount restrictions. Hilary and her team developed a model that allowed us to take on the administrative side of their employment whilst our Client could benefit from having the employee in their business. Hilary is also the Chairperson of the non-profit organisation the 100% Project devoted to gender equality between women and men in the workplace.
Client Relationship Manager, Lauren Ziervogel
Lauren is our bright, bubbly Client Relationship Manager and the central port of call for the CROSSMARK Host Program nationally - so she gets to look after our incredible clients and wonderful employees! Lauren comes from a background in Marketing, Law, Workers Compensation and Insurance - she is an absolute wealth of knowledge to the Program.
