Launched in early 2005, HOST was established when an existing CROSSMARK client came to us with a new project which required 25 new employees across Australia/New Zealand. Our client didn't have the ability to have 25 new employees on their books, so from there we worked with them on a model that allowed us to take on the employees within the CROSSMARK HOST business, whilst our client could benefit from having them work within their company to complete the project. Thus, the CROSSMARK HOST Program was developed.

By working with the HOST Program, you can focus on your core business while we HOST your people. We can manage the entire administrative and legal side of employing staff, including: recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, leave requests, travel bookings, expense claims and all other administrative details involved with today's workforce – saving you time and maximising results. We supply our clients with regular reporting to monitor costs, their staff entitlements and leave accruals.
